Refund Policy (No Returns)

No Product Returns

At Pet Planet Co, we do not accept product returns.
Once an order is delivered, the item cannot be returned or shipped back under any circumstances.

This policy is in place due to the nature of our fulfillment process and hygiene, safety, and logistics considerations.


Refunds (14-Day Policy)

We offer a refund-only policy within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review and approval.


Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, incomplete, or non-functional

  • The issue is caused by a verified technical or manufacturing problem originating from the factory

  • The customer provides clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, or customer handling

  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality


Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that bank or card providers may require additional time to process the refund.


Important Notes

  • No physical return of the product will be requested or accepted

  • Refund approval is based solely on our quality review process

  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in refusal of future service
